We need access to an outside tap with good water pressure - ideally 18 litres per minute. Most standard outside taps are fine. If you're unsure, we can test the pressure when we arrive and discuss options if there's an issue.
We clean block paving, concrete, resin bound, pattern imprinted concrete, cobbles and setts. Each surface requires different pressure settings and techniques to avoid damage — that's where our 25 years of experience counts.
We don't clean tarmac driveways. Older tarmac is often delicate, and the risk of damaging the surface outweighs the cleaning benefit. We'd rather be upfront than deliver a result we're not happy with.
Re-sanding is available as an optional extra for block paving driveways - it's not included in the base cleaning price. We use kiln-dried sand which helps stabilise the blocks and reduces weed growth. We'll include this option in your quote so you can decide.
We focus on professional cleaning only and don't offer sealing, coating or repair services. This allows us to specialise in what we do best. If you need sealing after cleaning, we can recommend trusted local specialists.
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to your outside tap and the driveway. Many customers leave us to it while they're at work. We'll send you photos of the completed work and can arrange payment by card or bank transfer.
Most driveways benefit from cleaning every 1-2 years depending on conditions. North-facing driveways, those under trees, or in shaded areas may need more frequent cleaning due to faster moss and algae growth. We can advise based on your specific situation.
