Light rain doesn't affect pressure washing — we're using water anyway. For heavy rain, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts and communicate proactively.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the area and an outside tap, you don't need to be present. We'll send before and after photos so you can see the transformation, and payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

You can walk on it immediately. For block paving that's been re-sanded, we recommend waiting 24 hours before driving on it to let the kiln-dried sand settle into the joints.
