Professional Equipment, Superior Results
We use commercial-grade rotary surface cleaners — not standard pressure washer lances. This gives even, streak-free results and is gentler on your surfaces while being far more effective at removing ingrained dirt, moss and algae.
- Rotary surface cleaners for driveways & patios
- Adjustable pressure for delicate surfaces
- Hot water option for oil & grease removal
I'm Stephen — Former Local Authority Cleaning Inspector
Before starting Stardust Cleaning in 2000, I spent years inspecting cleaning contracts for local councils. I know exactly what "properly clean" looks like — because I used to fail contractors who didn't meet the standard.
That background means I hold every job to professional inspection standards. If it wouldn't pass my old checklist, we're not done.
I personally quote every Bingham job and oversee quality. When you call, you speak to me — not a call centre.
We Know Bingham — and What Makes Driveways Here So Dirty
Bingham sits in the fertile Vale of Belvoir on heavy clay soil. This low-lying position means moisture retention is high — and damp conditions that moss, algae, and lichen love. Combined with the agricultural surroundings and exposed flat landscape, driveways here accumulate dirt faster than many areas of Nottingham.
We've been cleaning properties across Rushcliffe since 2000 — from historic buildings near Market Place to modern developments on the Mill Hill estate.
Whether you're near the Buttercross, off Long Acre, or in one of the surrounding villages, we're happy to travel to you.
Areas we cover around Bingham:
Our Base: New Basford
Chelsea House, Chelsea Street, NG7 7HP
We head east through Nottingham city centre, then take the A52 towards Grantham. Bingham is a straight run along the A52 — whether you're near the station, Market Place, or out towards Radcliffe.
Key roads we cover:
We've Cleaned Every Era of Bingham Home
From Georgian townhouses to modern new-builds — we know which surfaces need which approach.
Historic Market Town
Near Market Place, Church Street. Red brick with period flagstones — needs careful, lower pressure around conservation area.
Inter-War Properties
Classic semi-detached homes. Block paving (converted front gardens) or original concrete paths and drives.
Post-War Estates
Major expansion period for Bingham. Mix of semi and detached with tarmac or concrete driveways.
Modern Developments
Mill Hill estate and new-builds. Resin-bound drives, Indian sandstone, porcelain — specialist care needed.

About Bingham
Bingham is a historic market town in the Rushcliffe borough of Nottinghamshire, 9 miles east of Nottingham city centre on the A52 towards Grantham. With a population of 10,080 (2021 census), it's grown from a small agricultural settlement to a thriving commuter town while retaining its market town character. The name derives from Anglo-Saxon meaning "Bynna's homestead" — settlement here dates back over 1,000 years. Bingham obtained its Market Charter in 1341, and the Thursday market continues to this day.

rushcliffe.gov.uk →Bingham has a rich history including connections to the English Civil War — the town stood between Parliamentary Nottingham and Royalist Newark, with Prince Rupert camping nearby. The railway arrived in 1850, bringing initial growth then decline as Nottingham's factories drew workers away. Major expansion came after World War II. Notable residents include Robert Lowe, 1st Viscount Sherbrooke (1811-1892), the statesman born here. The town has been used as a filming location for Shane Meadows' films including "Twenty Four Seven" and "This is England". Bingham sits in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir and remains well-connected via the A52 and train station to Nottingham.
