Getting rid of nasty niffs
Typically, odour removal usually starts with a deep clean of your carpet or upholstery. That’s because the cause of the odour – commonly bacteria – is usually lodged deep in base of the carpet as well as the fibres.
Our expert team can help to sweeten up your carpets and remove those unwanted whiffs quickly and safely.
Domestic Odour Removal
Have you just moved into your new home and found that it doesn’t smell too good? Perhaps it’s got a damp or musty smell, or pongs of cooking odours, cigarette smoke or pets.
A good quality odour treatment (a sanitiser) may be all that is needed. For really strong smells, we may also need to use a bactericidal deodoriser to kill any bacteria that are cause the nasty niff.
We’ll deep clean the offending areas with the addition of the necessary sanitiser or deodoriser (sometimes both). The chemicals we use are self-neutralising and biodegradable, so there are no nasty residues.
Commercial Odour Removal
Odour problems can occur anywhere and, in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive, employers have a legal responsibility to protect the welfare of their staff.
Nasty niffs in the workplace may physically affect employees, in terms of nausea or headaches, as well as indicating that there are more harmful bacteria lurking somewhere.
Our professional cleaning team can be with you quickly to neutralise the smell, kill the odour-causing bacteria and restore the air quality to your workspace.
Note: We also have an EC registered anti-microbial, multi-surface cleaner that is effective against bacteria including MRSA and viruses including Hepatitis B, HIV, Bird Flu and Swine Flu. This is particularly useful in hospitals, doctors surgeries and care homes.
