Dust Mites live and thrive in the places where they get a constant source of food and warmth; most commonly your carpets, upholstery and bedding. They don’t like fresh air, clean linen or clean carpets, so there are some measures you can take to manage those mites.
Try and reduce humidity and keep your rooms well-ventilated. Wash your bedding regularly, including your pillows and mattress. We also recommend that you have your carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned every 6-12 months as this greatly reduces dust mite debris; the main source of the allergens.
